After my track or gym workouts as a high-schooler, I used to devour these really sugary and preservative-filled bars that I thought were really healthy.
Something about the packaging of bars + the fact that they have oatmeal in them screams healthy...except most of them are not.
I'm a bit too lazy these days (let's be honest..it's just not a priority) to make bars so bowls are the thang around here. You just throw ingredients in the bowl...that's it.
These can be customized to the seasons (obviously we pick peaches for July) and the tastebuds in your home.
This treat is perfect for after a workout as it contains 14 grams of rich protein. My kiddos also happen to think these bowls are the world's best lunch.

Frozen Yogurt Peaches N' Cream Granola Bowl
*Place yogurt, hemp and cinnamon in a small bowl and mix well. Add peaches, granola and raw cacao nibs on top. Place in freezer until yogurt is frozen. Serve frozen!
