You know what I love? Simple + meaningful things.

I enjoy quiet moments before the sun rises to bake sourdough bread from scratch and read a motivational book.

I love cooking and eating food grown in my own city and recipes with very few ingredients.

I'm passionate about coaching and educating my clients to eat the right foods instead of wasting their time logging, counting and restricting.

In order to live a simple and meaningful existence, I believe you have to focus on doing things that enrich your life rather than restrict.

Our new afternoon routine has been making this strawberry smoothie. This type of consistency makes it easy to know exactly what's going in my mouth.

I could waste my time figuring out how many macros are in this drink, but really, who care's?

Focusing on what you put in your smoothie keeps things simple and meaningful instead of the burdensome and complicated nature of trying to achieve a perfect macro or calorie count.

I just bet you also are looking for simple + meaningful health in your own life. Come join my FREE, Living Summit Fit page to find the support you need to do just that.
