I wore them this morning and they are loose!"</em> - Amanda Ball<br><br>So, why are these women able to experience these changes and not the million other Americans who set goals to lose weight and feel better in 2017?<br><br><strong>1. They have round-the-clock accountability. </strong><br><br>I set my clients up for success from the get-go with online accountability groups or full-time accountability with myself. They see the pictures of other women sweating after their workout and eating nourishing foods. They get positive feedback and encouragement that keeps them going on the days where it's hard to stay focused on being healthy. <br><br>If you are trying to make a lifestyle change, accountability is absolutely essential to staying on track. The supportive and encouraging environment I see take place everyday in my online groups is so inspiring (even to myself) and a big reason my clients see amazing results. <br><br><strong>2. They focus on eating the 6 power foods I prescribe in my program. </strong><br><br>Unlike many of the programs on the market, I don't give my group a list of no-no foods. I give them a list of 6 Power Foods I have created as a tool for them to focus on adding nutrients to their plate instead of depriving from what they normally eat. <br><br>Some women come in with more knowledge than others with nutrition, but as they begin to get a feel for what a real-food meal looks like through the recipes and pictures in the group, the processed foods they were primarily eating before begin to disappear from their plates. <br><br>The 6 power foods are foods you can find at any grocery store and can be easily integrated into the diet. My clients see their health healed from the inside out as we focus on adding in nutrient-dense foods as well as balancing our macros to support our workouts. <br><br><strong>3. They take care of themselves on "active rest" days. </strong><br><br>You might imagine that an effective workout program includes 7 days of workouts per week, but in fact, we take a couple of days each week to focus on self-care and rest to "fill our tanks back up" so we can be better moms, business owners, spouses, etc.<br><br>Rest days and proper sleep are absolutely essential to lowering cortisol levels which helps decrease fat around the midsection (visceral fat).  <br><br>I recommend certain activities to my clients so they can begin to prioritize those self-care habits in order to reach their potential in every area of life. <br><br><strong>4.</strong> <strong>They have a specific nutrition and fitness plan backed by science to aid in fat loss (especially around the midsection) and overall strength and vitality.  </strong><br><br>I don't just pull some workouts off of Pinterest and random meals together and say, "good luck!"<br><br>With a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, certification in Holistic Health Coaching, and eight years of experience working with individuals across the United States, I offer my clients a healthy dose of science-based knowledge with results-driven motivation to create the best programs on the market. </span><br><br>Each day has a specific plan to follow that strategically combines workouts with specific macros to optimize fat-loss, lean-muscle gains, and overall strength.
