<h2 class="wsite-content-title"><font color="#2a2a2a"><font size="3">This week marked the start of my first 2017 <a href="http://www.rachelmeyerfitness.com/summitfit.html" target="_blank">Summit Fit </a>program where I have 25 ladies blowing me away with their dedication, perseverance, and positivity. <br><br>Everyday they are making intentional choices with their food and learning how to best fuel their bodies to reach their potential in 2017. <br><br>Each week on Wednesdays I give you a sneak peak into my food choices to help give you new ideas for your own menu. <br><br>This particular day I ate higher carb amounts to pair with a strength training workout.
