<div class="paragraph">Welcome to my new Wednesday series where I will be giving you a sneak peak of what I ate one day per week. <br><br>The primary purpose of this is to give you ideas about new foods/recipes you can include in your rotation of meals, but also to show you that I don't eat perfect nor a low-calorie or low-fat diet to stay fit. <br><br>I don't follow a paleo, low-carb, gluten-free, whole-30, or any other restrictive approach (but if you love any of those keep doing them!). I believe in intuitive eating and trusting your body to guide you with healthy food choices (and yes, this takes time to master as well).<br><br>So, here's a sneak peak at a day's menu from this week.<br><br>As you'll notice, I keep a shorter feeding window for my large meals and eat as my body craves in the evening or before bed.<br><br>This shorter feeding window is often referred to as intermittent fasting.
