<div class="paragraph">I'm a firm believer that no snow day is complete without a quiet walk outside to take pictures, snow angels, movies, sledding, snuggling under piles of blankets, and sitting by a crackling fire while watching the snow fall outside. <br><br>Oh, and chocolate. There needs to be chocolate. <br><br>One, because your kids will most certainly drive you certifiably insane being inside all day.<br><br>Two, because you don't need another reason. <br><br>Today I decided to whip up some easy cookies that are filled with some of my favorite nutritious foods. Place coconut oil, cocoa powder, maple syrup, and cashew milk in a sauce pan. Heat and boil for one minute. <br><br>2. Remove from heat and add vanilla and salt. Add remaining ingredients. Stir well and then spoon onto parchment paper. <br><br>3. Sit them outside or in your refrigerator to harden.<br><br>4. Store in container in refrigerator or freezer. <br> </div>
