Tomorrow is a new month and today is a new chance to start moving towards a healthier lifestyle. <br><br>I put together a workout video this weekend with 3 simple exercises. You will need a jump rope and a kettlebell or dumbbell. You will do 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest for 6 minutes, and then repeat the routine for 6 more minutes for a total of 12 minutes of work. We've all got 12 minutes, right?!<br><br>I recommend downloading a Tabata timer app on your phone so you don't have to keep looking down at your watch.
