Can I get an amen from all the mamas out there?!<br><br>Like what kinda foods are we talking here Rachel?<br><br>Foods like kale, spinach, swiss chard, bee pollen; acai powder, pumpkin, hemp, flax or chia seeds; goji berries, yogurt, almond butter, lemon, tumeric, raw cacao (pure chocolate), fruits of all kinds. Ya know, those kinda things. <br><br>Superfoods, like those I listed above, are defined as "foods that are especially nutrient-dense and particularly good for your health and well being." I highly recommend adding some of them to your diet. Pour in all ingredients into a high-powered blender.
