They must make my readers drool a bit. <br>2. They cannot be taken under artificial lighting (which means I have to put on my snow boots, coat, gloves, and hat to take pictures all winter). <br><br>Again, glad I don't take this too seriously. #sarcasmismybestweapon<br><br>In actual life, this is exactly what the pudding looks like. Shimmering chia seeds glowing in a pool of decadent chocolate. <br><br>You are going to want to make this, because pudding packets are so 1995 and this is way easier. <br><br>You pour. <br><br>You mix. <br><br>You let the refrigerator do the rest. <br><br>You eat. <br><br>To be honest, I've never made "real" pudding so they might be equally easy, but, I digress. <br><br>If chia seeds weird you out, just let your wild side come out a bit more and try this recipe.<br><br><u><strong>Chocolate Chia Pudding</strong></u><br>1 and 1/2 cups whole milk (nut milk should work fine)<br>1/4 cup maple syrup<br>1/3 cup chia seeds<br>1/4 cup cocoa powder<br>1/2 tsp vanilla<br>dash of salt<br><br>Mix everything together thoroughly. <br><br>Feel free to add some fresh strawberries or raspberries + whip cream on top. <br><br>Enjoy your healthy pudding!</div>
